| Newbie | no headphones working Hi! I just bought my Acer Aspire 7730G with Vista Home Premium SP1. I noticed when I got on ventrilo that my headphones doesn't work while my mic worked perfect, so I tried to find the problem, my speakers work perfect and is still on when I connect my headset. What I did next was too go to Acer's home page and download the audio drivers for my computer and when i restarted it, neither the mic nor the headphones on my headset works (speakers still working) how can I solve my problem? Would love an answer ![]() // Oscar |

| Vista Die-Hard | Re: no headphones working Hi Oscar, Welcome to the Forum. Please try this one, click Start > Control Panel > Hardware And Sound > Sound. In the sound window you should see the headphones, right click them and select Set as Default Device. Your headphones should work now. Guess it helps. Cheers... |
