| vista 64 bit | detecting speakers still no sound hey all, i recently just got vista and i've tried everything to get my speakers to work, i have updated drivers, made sure everythings enabled and asked different web sites. the speakers are plugged into the back green hole, they work with my ipod and are being detected in control panel and device list. the only thing i can think of is that the rear panel is not enabled some how, does anyone know how to enable it manually? |

| vista 64 bit | Re: detecting speakers still no sound Speakers are plugged into an outlet and then into my computer. Its an onboard soundcard. Realtek, like i said though when i go into the sound properties its showing the green bar beside it moving with the music, it has a green check, it doesnt make sense to me why its not working. |

| vista 64 bit | Re: detecting speakers still no sound Well i figured it was a faulty driver so i just reinstalled it twice and its still not working.
