lost sound in my left speaker ? do U know why?

And away we go again,
I use media player classic for almost every file I play. ( mp3,flv,wma,avi )
all of a sudden, even B4 SP2 install, I lose the sound in the right speaker on NEW downloads. gateway laptop w/ IDT and sigmatel drivers.
Not every D/L but 90%???????

attached see the config of sound properties

I can't attach the .FLV file but maybe you can view and download(if you have real player)

I think an alien has taped into my machine and reconfigured my sound properties (no offense Brink )
