| Vista Ultimate 64 | Creative Sound Card & Vista Slowww Down First let me say that for exactly two weeks I loved Vista, worked great, looked great everything. Then, I added a sound card and everything went down hill from there. Vista takes forever to boot up and when it does the whole thing runs slower than I do. My system went from running on avg 22-26% RAM and 1% CPU, to 26% RAM and 45-80% or higher CPU. Vista does not see my sound card period, nothing I have tried works so far. Only thing I can see left to do is re-install Vista and hope for the best. Anybody have similar problems or a different solution to this?
