Vista - Realtek notification tool no longer works

I have constant issues with the Realtek Notificiation tool. Since the latest Vista updates 2 days ago I suddenly also get this warning that my notification tool no longer works on my Acer Aspire 6930. I have also tried re-installing the Realtek audio drivers from the official Acer support website, the sound works ok but I constantly keep getting the message YOUR REALTEK NOTIFICATION TOOL NO LONGER WORKS , then it supposedly searches for solutions, doesnt find solutions and then you need to click the warning away. So what am I supposed to do to remove this absurd warning every time we start up the laptop ? PS, I also tried reinstalling new Nvidia drivers but that didnt work either.
