Disable Speakers

I was trying o get my headphones to work and I mistakenly "disabled" my speakers in "control panel>sound". It not only disabled the speaker option but it made it disappear completely. How can I get it back? I now have no sound other than headphones.

Thanks all!!!! I figured it out myself...........Open the "sounds" window in the Control Panel>Right click in the box, a drop down menu appears>click on "show disabled devices".

here's another one for you, I can't get the narrator to shut up! I started voice recognition,and now I can't use the keyboard after I log on to Vista--any ideas? from anyone?
