| vista 32 bit | Losing sound comes back after reboot I have a dell xps 420 desktop with intigrated sound vista premium osp. Several times a week I loose the sound. If I reboot the computer it comes back? Its not muted, and the speaker icon in the control panel goes away (comes back after reboot). Seems like the drivers are up to date......any ideas ?? | vista ultamate 64bit | Re: Losing sound comes back after reboot sound to be some antivirus software or something of the same disabling it after a scan, not to say this is true but you might want to check that this in not the case 1st off. In failing that do you have some other audio devise attached that would cause to take priority, I.e a USB headset or mobile speekers |
