I've been searching through many sites looking for an answer to get my SoundMax BlackHawk to cooperate again. I've tried re-installing the original stuff from the cds received upon purchase and tried additional drivers out there on the web, nothing seems to work

Few things I want to point out:
- Asus motherboard (everyone seems to have issues with Asus and vista for some reason)
- Vista Home Premium SP2 (didn't work with SP1 either)
- it's an Audioses.dll fault, microsoft audio session problem
- And the only solutions I've found here in the Vista Forums have to do with something like SFDAPO64.dll file from Sonic.
- OH, and I know the asus website has old outdated drivers posted and the version 1.0.0.38 IS the new driver from www.arc.com/sonicfocus
