| Vista Home Premium | My media programs keep opening I have iTunes and Windows media player on my desktop. First, iTunes was set as the default, but it kept opening. I could not fix it, so I uninstalled iTunes, thinking a reinstall might fix it. With iTunes gone, Windows Media Player keeps opening. It happens every few minutes or more often. I've run a complete virus scan and can't figure it out. However, this started recently, and I think it has something to do with a change I may have made to a speaker setting because I was messing around with the sound configuration when my speaker was making an odd static noise. The static noise is gone, but the programs keep opening. |
