Sound card recommendation for Vista 64

I have a nice Sony home theater system and recently purchased a new PC with Vista 64. It has only the individual color coded mini outputs for sound.

My previous PC had a Soundblaster card I put in it, with both optical and coaxial outputs. I used the coaxial gold plated cable and it worked great.

I would like to get a sound card for this new PC (ZT Affinity) that is compatible with Vista 64 and has a 5.1 coxial output. (I saw one from Turtle Beach but it warns that it's not compatible with Vista 64).

Any ideas anyone?
