Problem with 5.1 Speakers (Rear)

Hey guys, I'm having a really big problem with my newly bought speakers (Logitech G51).

To begin: I've been searching the web for about 5 hours now, and all results I get via google are already marked purple...

Important Specs:
Audio Driver: 6.0.1.6000
Audio Codec: ALC888S
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit

Well, here's my problem:

I can't get a sound out of my rear/center speakers, as it is supposed to be! I can use that "matrix" function, delivered by the remote, but that's just stereo sounds out of all 5 speakers... not exactly what im looking for.

When opening up the Realtek HD Audio Manager (had 2.26 before, and now 2.39, no difference) I changed everything to 5.1 speaker, but the rear speakers are grayed out. When I'm clicking on the button corresponding to each speaker, to test them, I'm only getting a sound out of the fron L/R speaker, and none other are working (when disabling side speakers, im getting sound out of the rear AND front)

I've already read about that possible solution with the registry entries, but that didn't help either, no sound.

Here are some screenshots of current configurations:

When trying to reassign the speakers, I only get the possibility to do that with the green port, and the 3 options are seen below:

I already tried to plug in every port, whereever I can put it, notebook sided, and sub sided... It just doesn't seem to work.

To summarize: When clicking in that window to test these boxes, I can only get a sound out of the front speakers. When using the Matrix function of the remote, I get a sound of every speaker, but just stereo, no surround. Changing to 7.1 and deactivating side and activating rear didn't work either.

If anyone could POSSIBLY help me, I would GREATLY thank that person!
