I have a windows vista 64 bit black v2 and am having trouble with text to speech.
I installed ATT Mike16 TTS voice that works well with my TextAloud voice program but when I go into the Text to Speech tab of the Speech Properties dialog box and try to switch voices, the only voice that I see is "Microsoft Anna" and I can't change it to Mike 16. Any ideas?
