Hi All :)

I have some .rm files and I need convert from .rm to .mp3

by RealPlayer SP Converter

but I can't do it, and I don't understand why.

however it gave me a warning reading

" Codecs required for this file processing are not found "

And i don't think it could be the sound file, because the file worked fine.

Can someone please help me?

Hello SA7ORA,
As the error message says, there are codecs missing, the thing is, which codecs ?.
I would check to see if there are any updates for RP. If so, they may contain the codecs you need, or even a re-install. (Install as administrator)

I have found in the past, that it is easier and quicker to download a specialised app to do these jobs.
I have included a link that may help if you decide to go that route. Its only 1.69MB, which is a lot less than some codec packs Ive seen.
