creative sb audigy problem

recently i installed an update, creative- otherhardware-sb audigy, now i cant hear anythin out the speakers, after i installed an updated drivers, i tried to uninstall the update, but it doesnt show up under updates, can anyone help

Assuming it was a driver update through Windows Update, try doing a driver rollback in Device Manager.
