No sound and no Realtek HD Audio Manager...

Hello,

I am in dire straits. After updating my graphics card drivers on my Nvidia GeForce 9300 GE, I found i had no sound and also the Realtek HD Audio Manager was MIA. As of right now, my system says the the manager doesn't exist, as if i had deleted it. I have tried everything from updating my sound drivers to reinstalling my old graphics drivers. Nothing has worked. This is my last hope before i lose it and chuck this computer out the door.

Have you tried a System Restore to a point before the graphics driver update?
