Windows Vista sound device missing

Hello, I've been looking around at forums for a couple hours total now, and couldn't find a solution to my problem.

When I mouse over the audio symbol in my task bar it says "No Audio Output Device is installed". When I go into device manager into the "Sound, video and game controllers" the only thing there is "Screaming Bee Audio". I tried to install a driver for my computer that were supposed to be for my card, but I installed it and it said no audio device could be found or something like that.

I have a Compaq Presario f750, but when I googled that I couldn't find my computers specs, it said it was like 64-bit (mines 32-bit) and it had more than 100 GB of hard drive space, and 2 GB ram.

Thanks ahead of time.

In Control Panel, go to Sound. Is anything shown there and is it enabled, if there? Are you getting any sound out of your system?
