| Windows Vista | WMV files unreadable Windows Media Player will not open and play an MWV file as an attachment in Windows Mail. I have tried saving the MWV file in a folder and on the desktop with no luck. |

| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: WMV files unreadable Hi Sierra, Since you still cannot open it after you saved the attachment to the desktop, try making sure that Windows Media Player has all of it's default associations set to it.
