I have recently built a computer with Windows Vista Home Premium, 64-bit, and dual processor. Whenever I attempt to load a stream from the web (audio or video), I get the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" page. It happens on all streaming sites. The Windows Media Player seems to play all formats from all sources except the Internet. Has anyone here experienced this? Does anyone have a solution?
