| Vista Business/Home Premium/Ultimate x64/Server 2008 X64 | Re: Good free Firewall for x64 Comodo firewall has a new version 3 out that is supposed to be Vista compatible. I tested the 32 and 64bit versions on XPpro 32bit and Vista HP32bit and Ultimate 32 and 64 bit. Four different systems running high end hardware on all. None had less then a gig of ram and none had more then 2 gigs. Comodo crashed all the systems regardless of what I tried. I know a lot of people run Comodo without any problems whatsoever. But if you install it and problems start right away(as they did with me). Dump it fast!! |

| Vista Home Premium x64 | Re: Good free Firewall for x64 Hey guys, I know its a few months later but i've had the same probs with Comodo firewall. After its installed and machine is rebooted i get the usual adding of programs to net access but then the machine starts getting sluggish and then it blue screens with a memory dump. Is there an alternative i can try? I have no faith in the inbuilt firewall. |
