When I back-up my computer to a mobile hard drive, certain files will not back-up and I get "you do not have sufficient rights to perform this action". There are no apparent options to permit access. I have the only account on the computer and it is an administrator account.
Can someone help me with this? Thank you |

HI lguimond,
first you need tell us whether the file that ur are trying to copy is a shared file or not. if its shared u need to enable share permissions appropirately. also check the ntfs security part where u have the apporpriate perimission configured. in order to help u i would need more information .. about the file and its structure Regards |
