| The service cannot accept control messages at this time. Trying to open msconfig I keep getting this message. I am unable to use System Restore for the same reason. The same if I try in safe mode. Can anybody help me please. My machine is an intel pentium D processor, with 2mb memory, Windows Vista Ultimate. All worked fine until I used "open with" command. Thanks |
