| Vista Home Premium 32 bit | system suite...ie norton, mcafee, karpersky What is a very good system suite to do it all, virus , spyware and utilities. In the utilities part I need something that will clean up hard drive, defrag, clean up registery. I here all kinds of horror stoires about Norton and McAfee and some on Kerpersky. Right now I using Norton trial that came with computer, 50 days left. I don't like it. Any suggestions on something that is very good and not a resource hog. |

| Vista Home Premium 64 bit Service Pack 1 | Re: system suite...ie norton, mcafee, karpersky I'd go for NOD 32 Antivirus or even better the entire security suite from ESET. Personally I chose BIT DEFENDER INTERNET SECURITY for one year license, but I'll be buying the NOD32 suite pretty soon. One alternative - light on system resources is the Avira Premium suite. Quite good too. |

| Home Premium 32 SP1 | Re: system suite...ie norton, mcafee, karpersky Kaspersky have licensed some of their software to other people (ZoneAlarm, Comodo, etc) which has created compatibility problems between Kaspersky AV and several firewall programs where bits overlap. Buying a full suite from one source, whether Kaspersky, Eset or ZoneAlarm gets round that problem. |
