Are STacSV.exe and HECIx64 virus,malware or what?

Hello,

After installing the latest drivers & software for windows ultimate vista x64, a warning message appeared about a malfunction of STacSV.exe.

Later on, the system crashes constantlly when listening to music or watching pictures as a show. In the errors list found, the most recurrent name is HECIx64.

Arre this two STacSV.exe and HECIx64 some kind of malware or virus? Ia musing bitdefender total security 2008 and CounterSpy to protect my system,but so far none of them has detected those files as dangerous.

Any advice?
