Hi Freddy,

Welcome to the forums.

You might try activating the Administrator Account (Administrator Account) then log on to that account and see if you can delete the parental controls from there. Hope it works.

Have you tried booting into safe mode and see if you can activate the account from there. Safe Mode

I was admin before I turned on Family Safety! Now I am unable to change things and/or open many, many important sites. Can't get admin rights back although I've tried several times and ways!!

Anybody know what I can do to get admin rights back? I'm not a kid for heavens sake!!! I'm 68 years old.

It was all clear and I had a[ User a/c ]+ in my name [(Joan) it was an administrator a/c.]

When I loaded the family safety site, I got 2 user a/c's and no administrator a/c back.

Now I can't get the administrator a/c back and can't open many sites that I want to get to.

Can you help?

Thanks
