Issue Athenticating to Workgroup Computer.

    Issue Athenticating to Workgroup Computer.

    Hello everyone, I am having an issue accessing a computer within a workgroup. I can see the computer on the network but when I am prompted to authenticate I enter the user credentials for the administrator account of that machine "shadylane85-pc\shadylane85" followed by the password and I get back could not authenticate. Can someone assist with this issue. Thank you.

    1.Are you using a wireless router with firewall/MAC filtering?

    2.Network Sharing and discovery configured?

    3.Configured Remote Desktop-Athentication settings on workgroup computer System properties?
