can i use superantispyware with nod32. presently i have nod32. will the use of the two affect the perfomance?

Yes you can as I have both on my machine, SuperAntiSpyware is what it says a spyware removing program and NOD32 is your anti virus program which also can catch certain spyware.
You will have no conflicts running both and you should have no performance issues
