Kaspesky won't install, continues saying McAfee still on board??? Help!!!

Hey all. I just got my new computer yesterday, hence joining this forum, and I'm so glad something like this exists.


Anyway, I installed McAfee's Internet security yesterday, then I happen to win a license for Kaspersky's Suite. I uninstalled McAfee and during the Kaspersky install it says McAfee is still on board??? So I search and find a few throw away folders with McAfee's name on them, so I delete them also. I try again, it still says I have it. I finally throw my hands up and install the entire McAfee Suite yet again with 'Your Uninstaller2008' by my side this time, hoping this will catch something I'm not. Yet AGAIN, it says I need to uninstall McAfee before I can proceed with the Kaspersky install.

Can someone please help me out with this?
