task scheduler in vista home

Hi, I have been unable to start task scheduler in windows home, I am unsure if it is included in the home version. Typing task in the run dialog doesn't do it..

The reason I'm trying to use it is to create a shortcut to start a program without user account control authorization, so if there's any help along those lines it'd also be good.

Go into control panel then administrative tools then there will be a shortcut for the task scheduler.
