Security Log Question?

Ok, I was wondering...

Scenario;
Your user account is called user1.

You run a shoutcut to a command prompt as "User 2"

If someone tries to see who ran the command prompt via logs etc...

Who ran it? User1 who used "runas" or User2 whos credentials were used.
