Firewall problem after updating comodo ! !

New Member
After comodo notified me of available updates, i downloaded them, but then at the end the cfp.theme problem occured.

I searched the comodo forum and I solved ( I had to run comodo under administrator mode) it but after that, windows no longer recognizes comodo firewall and the security center says that i must enable the windows firewall...

Any thoughts?

I had the same problem as you; I just un-installed and then re-installed Comodo then all was right again in Bare foot Kid land....;)

sorry to bring back an old thread, but after downloading and installing the latest comodo firewall (3.5.55810.432), the program notifies me again for an existing update which is the same with the version i've just installed..
what's happening?

I'm not sure what that is all about; as I forgot about it about a week ago and let it do the upgrade again with the same result....:mad:...I had to un-install then re-install all over again. For my money in the future: "if it ain't broke; I ain't gonna fix it". I just haven't been spending much time in Vista lately; as I've been spending most of the time in Windows 7. Maybe someone else has some insight on this problem. Sorry I'm not much help with it right now....:o

i mean this thing with comodo upgrade is unacceptable..! i download the latest version, then the program notifies me of an upgrade which is the same version with the version i've just installed!:confused:
