Security settings not allowing action.

When I try to retrieve media data from my temporary internet files I get a "Security Alert" telling me, "Your currnet security settings do not allow this action." I'm sure it's an easy fix, the trouble is knowing exactly what to do. Does anyone know how to get rid of this alert?

(My OS is Vista Home Premium.)

Hi achilles,

Are you signed in as Administrator? And have UAC on?

Yes I have UAC on, and when I set up my account I made myeslf the administrator. This isn't a UAV alert though, I'm guessing vista doesn't want me to take the media data from my temps. Any other ideas on getting rid of the alert?
