| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Defender Error 0x800703eb All of a sudden I'm having a problem with Internet Explorer....Every time I close out a tab, it shuts all of I.E. down with an error message saying it's looking for a fix and then just quickly restarts I.E. The error showing is Windows Defender 0X800703eb. |
