Solved Turn UAC off for a selected program

Hi, new here. Having issues with UAC (what a surprise). Originally started off as a problem with Microsoft Office not working properly and telling me it had not been installed for the current user. After about an hour and a half on the phone with Microsoft Support and a Remote assistance from a microsoft technician later... I find out that UAC is causing all the problems. Is there a way to Turn it off for a select program/s?

Any Help would be appreciated :)

try this: control panel > security > then in the left hand menu select "user accounts and family safety". select "user accounts" on the right hand menu.select "turn user account control on or off" at the bottom of the right hand menu.make sure the "use UAC" check box is filled. repeat these steps if you must restart, then you should be able to run UAC on a per program basis.

That just turns UAC on or completely off..

EDIT:

NVM The problem solved itself.. sort of. Microsoft Office decided to start working again and now everything is fine :)... Vista is confusing..
