Phantom user account

I recently ran a program from Belarc that does an audit of your system. I did this because I'm having serious trouble with Vista freezing up on me. This is a seperate issue entirely which I am working to resolve but any info on this would be helpful. "I have no virus issues or registry errors, etc. I have heard there could be an issue with BIOS settings?"

My main question is that after running the audit it picked up a user account that has admin privileges on my computer that I never set up. It rarely logs on but when it does its at odd times. The account does not show up in the user account section of Vista. The name of the account is extremely odd and "long" and looks to have been generated by a program. I want this this thing gone but I have no idea where it came from or how to get rid of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
