Two rundll and two sidebars on Vista 64 Ultimate

I have Hijack This and asked on different forums who analyze logs, but they all said since you run 64 bit, "we can't help you."

I have my admin account enabled. When I log onto my regular user account, I see two rundll32 and two sidebars in my task manager.

I run Avast! and I don't know why this is happening. Is it normal?
