Turned UAC off then back on. Now won't work

I turned my UAC off so I would stop having to tell it OK to open the program. When I did it completly stopped letting me open the program so I turned it back on. Now it asks me for permission to open the program but still won't open the program. Anyone know how to get the UAC to work properly again?

Hi,

What is the program, and what method did you use to turn UAC on and off?

ACI is the program. But I can't access any of the programs it used to ask permission for. The method used was control panel, user accounts. The normal way.

Re: Turned UAC off then back on. Now won't work

Thanks for the help. ACI tech support finally got back to me & had me manually add a DEP from their program to the system performance option. I guess once you turn UAC off you sometimes have to do this to get a program to work afterwards. It's over my head but it worked. Hopefully this info will at least give a starting point for anyone else that has a similar problem. Thanks again.
