Problem starting Windows Firewall

Hello

I did something wrong and I can't start Windows Firewall.

I choose adminitrative Tools from Control Panel and then choose Services.

On the Log On tab, the default was This account. I choose Local system account. This is to try to solve the problem I mentioned before. But my choice didn't work. I tried to choose This account but it asks for a name. I entered Local Service and tried to start Windows Firewall with no success. What shall I put in This account?

Perform a system restore to "undo" the changes/corruption.

Are you the only user on this computer?
Try creating a different user account with admin rights and then try enabling firewall.
Also, make sure that the windows firewall service is running.
