Any REAL x64 antivirus apps?

I just did a MAJOR upgrade to my system.

Old setup:
Athlon X2 3800+
MSI K8N SLI motherboard
2GB DDR Ram
2x Geforce 7600GT in SLI

New setup:
Intel core i7 920 CPU
Asus P6T Motherboard
12GB DDR3 RAM (2 sets of three 2GB in Tri-channel)
Geforce 260

The whole purpose was for absolute performance. No - these were not the absolutely highest end parts I could have gone for, but, a friend who owns a computer store gave it all to me on the condition that I do an in-depth technical write-up of any quirks I run into since he doesn't have the staffing to sell, repair AND test new products.

Anyhow, since I have 12GB RAM, I went with Vista x64 (Obviously!)

In the spirit of sticking with the high performance theme, can anyone point me to a true x64 Antivirus (not just an x32 app that runs under x64 mode)? Also, whichever antivirus is the least intrusive upon performance and gaming?

This brings me to my next question - anyone have any experience with running Norton Antivirus Gaming Edition? I'm curious to see how it compares to the rest of the Antivirus world, especially when it comes to performance.

Thanks in advance everyone!

Re: Any REAL x64 antivirus apps?

both Avira and NOD32 have x64 native AV, and both are excellent, and very silent.

Hmmm... I must have downloaded the wrong thing then. I downloaded and installed Avira this morning and everything showing up in task manager relating to it had a *32 next to it.
