| Newbie | Passwords!!! :@ HI, I have two user accounts on my windows vista laptop one which is an adminastrator account and one which is an normal user account i have frogotten my password for my adminastor account i have set up a password reset disk and i have gone through all of the steps on there and when i am on my last step it says "an error has occured while the wizard was attempting to set the password for this user account" please could someone help me on what to do.  thanks |
