IMHO Superantispyware & /or Malwarebytes. Both are free or paid. Both have very good support.

SuperAntiSpyware and MalwareBytes inthe free version do NOT have real-time protection. Ad Aware Free disables some kernel protection in the free version and I don't use Spybot anymore. Basically, I bought Norton 360 to avoid these questions. It really is all-in-one.
