Is that thing a real pc protection?
Is it Really useful?
Is there anyway to unistall it?
I was thinking to disable\untick it from the msconfig\Startup Items
Btw Iv tried to scan my pc with it and its freeze,i scan with my nod32,spyware cleaner etc and everything works fine.
Any ideas\suggestions?

You will get a variety of opinions about Defender. I use it with realtime protection turned on. It has not created any problems at this stage & I'm quite happy with it.
I'm fairly sure that I read it is a part of Vista & it can't be uninstalled.[Someone will correct me if I am wrong.]
You can disable it if you wish by going to Defender Tools > Options > & at the bottom of the page untick "Use Win Defender" & "Allow everyone to use Win Defender" > Save.

Maybe. Its better than nothing. I installed Norton 360 and Windows Defender + Windows Firewall were both automatically disabled. Then I removed Defender from starting up.
