My cumputer has a virus and crashed. Help please

So I downloaded the file from this website and after I downloaded it my cumputer went to ****. Right now It dosent even show a background or icons nothing just a blank screen. So my question is how do I clear everything and start fresh??

Hello roudystyle36,
Try booting in to safe mode and run Malwarebytes and CCleaner, links below.
Run Malwarebytes first, then CCleaner. (Backup registry when prompted).
You may have to repair your file system, but try this first.

Then it would probably be a good idea to run the SFC. Open up a cmd prompt in safe prompt and type

sfc /scannow

with the Vista DVD at hand. If malwarebytes picks anythng up, scan again and use SuperAntispyware to make sure everything is clean. Its located here:

It might also be a good idea to run Sophos Anti-Rootkit too:
