| windows vista 64 | My cumputer has a virus and crashed. Help please So I downloaded the file from this website and after I downloaded it my cumputer went to ****. Right now It dosent even show a background or icons nothing just a blank screen. So my question is how do I clear everything and start fresh?? Thank you, Kenneth |

| Vista Ultimate x64, SP2 | Hello roudystyle36, Try booting in to safe mode and run Malwarebytes and CCleaner, links below. Run Malwarebytes first, then CCleaner. (Backup registry when prompted). | Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Then it would probably be a good idea to run the SFC. Open up a cmd prompt in safe prompt and type sfc /scannow with the Vista DVD at hand. If malwarebytes picks anythng up, scan again and use SuperAntispyware to make sure everything is clean.
