| Vista Home Premium 32bit [x86] - SP2 | Re: WARNING - Email Phishing Junk-mail Block; Microsoft Security??? Yes.... .....but I do subscribe to a couple of MS Notifications and Newsletters, ie. MSRC. I also note that any communication from MS is usually via those channels, or by a message in a band just under the Toolbars. These are generally an invitation to take part in an MS survey of one kind or another, and its easy to just click NO. |

| Vista Home Premium 32bit [x86] - SP2 | Re: WARNING - Email Phishing Junk-mail Block; Microsoft Security??? ...Sorry, not shouting.......it's just a big fat yes! And by my, I mean my Email Account Phishing Filter, which until now has served me extremely well. I am virtually spamless, and I don't have the settings too high as to be ridiculous. |

| Vista Ultimate 64-bit, SP2 | Re: WARNING - Email Phishing Junk-mail Block; Microsoft Security??? Re incoming email. This has worked for me for yonks. My ISP scans all incoming email & removes what they consider to be rubbish to a special Web Mail folder that I can check. I view all emails on the Server's Web Mail site & remove anything I don't want. What I do want to come into Outlook is scanned by my Anti Virus email component first. Result, no crap ever. |
