While upgrading to Windows 7, I downloaded the Windows7UpgradeAdvisorSetup software. I tried to install it, but I kept getting this message 'windows installer could not be accessed...so try again etc., Thinking there was an issue with the download, I downloaded it again, and then a third time. Still it will not work. So I uninstalled my Panda Internet Security software which may have prevented it from accessing what it needed on my computer. After restarting, I tried installing the advisor again but it still would not work. So there must be some system file(windows installer) that is not present on my system. I am no technical guru gentlemen. This may not be the correct forum to even post this. Is it possible that the Win7Advisor......is a 32bit system app? Is there a 64bit version?

James
