hi folks, i keep getting this pop up box error loading, can anybody please advise,i had the posting in general forums and one reply advised me to post it in system security,as it looked suspicious as it maybe remnents of a left over virus, i have had a problem with a virus but ran avast, malwarebytes, and windows defender and thought that i had removed them,i have windows vista premium 32-bit any suggestions, thanks.

Patch

go into msconfig (type msconfig in search) and look at the startup tab. look for items that are not microsoft. un check them if you are sure you dont need them. one of them is probably the loader for the errant dll file

hi ken, did what you said,i had a few which said unknown, so i went to each one individually as i did not know what they where for and found the one giving me trouble,a little tedious, restarting the computer after each one but solved the problem, i thank you for your help and tipped the scales....patch41
