Vista - malware still present after s&d

Hi all you good people,help needed if you can,after downloading spybot s&d i ran it with brilliant results,it cleared my laptop apart from two entries (win32.fraudload.edt)it said after a restart it should clear these,but said after being restarted it couldn't due to these files being still in use(eg memory),they don't seem to be affecting my laptop but what do i know,i mean does anyone know what they are,what are they doing, and how to get rid of them,i'm on windows vista basic ultimate 64, after a restart it takes about two hours to try and get rid of them but to no avail and i've tried about six times i would apreciate any help or advce My regards, LW.

Hi LOngthwaite, You could try removing them in safemode but i would be more inclined to download these two freeware scanners & see what they do, you may find that these scanners pick up a few more nasties (also what anti virus are you using and did it not detect these items of malware?)

Hi LOngthwaite, install VIPRE Antivirus - The Best Antivirus Protection - Sunbelt Software and run a full scan.

Many thanks to mitchell and dinesh,i ran spybot s&d with the teatimer disabled and unchecked don't show hidden files and folders, hide extentions ect, hide protected files, ran as adminisrator did'nt work,so i downloaded malwarebytes.org
ran a scan and it got rid of the two problems i knew i had but also found somemore that it cured as well,obviously i backed up the system first with erunt, can't thank you both enough, regards, LW.
