Windows DVD Maker Problems - DEP Closure

I am having problems with Windows DVD Maker and I hope someone can help me!

Everytime I run the program it is closed by DEP and I don't know how to resolve it.

The event viewer states the following:

This has only been happening since I upgraded to Service Pack 2, although I don't know if this is co-incidental.

Last time this happened it was OK after a reboot of my PC, but this hasn't worked today.
