Vista - McAfee - Scan, I need help !

I am doing a McAfee scan right now. I find there is two items detected. They are quarantied at the moment. There is three options, Remove, Restore (fix infected file) or Send to McAfee to examine. It is called:

Are these files important ? What should I do, Remove, Restore (Repair ?) or McAfee examine files.

The two files if infected need to be removed no matter how important. from the location the ya located I dont suspect they are critical to anything in the OS

Repair if you can, remove if you cant

I had several artemis issues. I sent them to McAfee, they did nothing, I restored them, the artemis has multiplyed and finally I had no choice but to remove them. They were in the hP Touchsmart file ? I don't think it will affect anything.
