how to get rid of fake antivirus

I recently got a fake antivirus it would not let me serf the internet and looked like windows defender and made my notification area have 12 or more red and yellow sheilds. I did research I think its calles clisker or somthing... Any sugestions on complete remove

PS it tried to make me buy fake software for 40 bucks
