User Account Control Problem

I'm having a problem with the User Account Control(UAC).
When it asks for permission to continue, it asks a Guest account password.
I'm using my personal account and the guest account is off.
My personal account is the only account set up but it is currently running as a Standard user.
I can not change my account back to Administrator due to the UAC problem.
I tried Registry Editor to disable the UAC but errors occur.

Can someone give me any info on how to disable the UAC
or get rid of the UAC asking for Guest Password?

Overall:
*Guest turned into an Administrator and my only account turned into a standard.
Guest account is turned off, and I cannot run anything that requires an Administrator password.
First of all, I guess one of my friends changed my account to a standard.
You cannot change an account to a standard if its the only administrator account you have.
It changed anyways.
This happening, the Guest account turned into an administrator.*

When i type the command(net user administrator /active:yes)(and i'm sure i spelled it correctly)
It says:
System error 5

So i couldn't get into the Built-in Administrator account.

If I understand you issue correctly, your Guest acct has become admin account, and your admin account has turned into standard account ?
If so, see if this will help.....
How to fix : Guest account somehow turns into admin

Start button > search box, type netplwiz > press Enter > Users tab > under users for this computer heading, click the guest account >Properties > Group Membership tab > where is the blue dot at ?Standard user or Administrator ? Put a 'radio' blue dot onOther > OK

Netplwiz requires UAC to pop up and requires a Guest password.
And that does sound like my problem T-4-2.

And since my main account being a standard, it asks for a Guest password when I need to run things as a Administrator..

I can't do any set-ups atm, or do anything that requires your account to be an administrator.

So, would it accept the Guest account password ?

There won't be a Pasword or a Continue button because the Guest account hasn't got a Password

Where did you read that said Guest account has no password ?
All accounts begin without passwords, and all account can have passwords, including Guest account, if the user wants to do so.
